3) Pay after collection – pay securely via LoveJunk after pickup. Use in-app messaging to avoid sharing personal contact details.

LoveJunk does what it's supposed! Once I accepted a bid I was happy with l, I had my junk removed. It was fairly easy, arranged, collected with no fuss and paid once the job was completed, which a photo was provided before I got home for viewing. Even though I wasn't home at the time, communication wasn't a problem as we had in-app messaging. I used the app a couple of years ago and again last year. It's nice to see consistently good customer service. I'll definitely be using it again.

My first time using this service. I found it responsive and pretty reliable. Whenever I sent a message, the driver responded promptly. I would use it again.

I've had issues with my first order, because collector was not responsive. With the second try everything was smooth, and the support is actually very quick to respond and helpful. So, while some improvements could be made to address edge cases, this is overall a very good service and app, highly recommended! I also liked it generates waste disposal notice with details, which proves you have fulfilled duty of care.
