'What a load of junk!' - Luke Skywalker. The app only appeals to refuse and furniture collectors, who require payment. Useless if you're trying to give it away for free. Its stressful moving home with the costs involved, so why would I want to pay for someone to take it away, when they are more likely to sell it on to furniture restorers, etc? I found it easy, just to pass on my used furniture onto charity shops.

Hi Karl, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that LoveJunk didn’t help you find a reuser to get your furniture collected for free. We do have this option and we’re constantly improving our reusables offering for more reusers, including charities, to join us. Hoping to have many more very soon.

I've had issues with my first order, because collector was not responsive. With the second try everything was smooth, and the support is actually very quick to respond and helpful. So, while some improvements could be made to address edge cases, this is overall a very good service and app, highly recommended! I also liked it generates waste disposal notice with details, which proves you have fulfilled duty of care.

A great app to organise the collection of unwanted clutter. I had a response to my ad within minutes and organising the collection with the buyer was straight forward. It would be great to see an option to communicate between buyer/seller within the app (rather than via text/calls) in a future version. There appears to be a bug when creating your first ad - after creating the ad, you're asked to sign up, but after signing up, the ad never appears. Recreating the ad after sign-up works.
